Welcome to Cairo Airport Shuttle. By accessing our website or booking any of our transfer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
Cairo Airport Shuttle provides airport transfer services including private car transfers, shared shuttle buses, and chauffeur-driven vehicles to and from Cairo International Airport. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings and Payment
Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting our team directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our booking page. Prices are quoted in USD and are inclusive of all taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. For full details, please refer to our Ticketing Conditions.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are at the agreed pick-up point at the scheduled time. Cairo Airport Shuttle cannot be held responsible for missed flights or connections due to late arrival at the pick-up point. Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the journey.
5. Luggage
Each passenger is entitled to a standard allowance of one large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. Additional or oversized luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Cairo Airport Shuttle accepts no liability for damage to or loss of luggage unless caused by our drivers’ negligence.
6. Liability
Cairo Airport Shuttle’s liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. We are not liable for any indirect losses, consequential damages, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, or extreme weather.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
Cairo Airport Shuttle reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
