Ticketing Conditions

These Ticketing Conditions apply to all bookings made with Cairo Airport Shuttle. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read and agree to these conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from Cairo Airport Shuttle. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of booking, please contact us immediately. Your confirmation email serves as your ticket and should be presented to your driver upon boarding.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are fixed at the time of booking and will not change after confirmation. Additional services requested after booking may incur additional charges.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed on our website. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.
4. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund, no cancellation fee
- 24–48 hours before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund
- No-show: No refund — the full booking amount will be charged
To cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference number.
5. Amendments
Changes to your booking (date, time, pick-up or drop-off location) must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Amendments are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment. Changes made within 24 hours are treated as cancellations of the original booking.
6. Delays and Waiting Time
For airport pick-ups, our drivers monitor your flight in real time and will adjust their arrival time accordingly for delays of up to 60 minutes at no extra charge. For excessive delays, please contact us to arrange updated arrangements. For hotel or address pick-ups, our driver will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time. Additional waiting time may be charged.
7. No-Show Policy
If a passenger fails to appear at the agreed pick-up point within 15 minutes of the scheduled time (or 30 minutes after a confirmed flight landing), the journey will be considered a no-show and the full fare will be charged with no refund.
8. Passenger Requirements
Passengers must have a valid booking confirmation. The lead passenger must be present. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Special requirements (child seats, accessibility needs, extra luggage) must be declared at the time of booking.
9. Luggage Allowance
Standard allowance: one large suitcase (up to 23 kg) and one piece of hand luggage per passenger. Additional, oversized, or sports equipment must be declared and confirmed at the time of booking. Cairo Airport Shuttle reserves the right to refuse carriage of undeclared excess luggage.
10. Conduct
Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles. Eating and drinking (other than water) is at the driver’s discretion. Passengers behaving in a manner that endangers safety or comfort may be asked to leave the vehicle without refund.
